How do I request care or support?

Do I need to attend Journey Church to receive financial assistance?

At this time, financial assistance is reserved for those who are actively attending Journey Church. If you’re not connected here, click the food assistance button above to check out other local resources that may be able to help meet your needs.

How quickly will someone respond to my request?

Our team aims to respond within 1–3 business days. If your need is urgent (especially hospital visits or funerals), please indicate that on the form.

What types of financial or food assistance are available?

Support may vary depending on your situation and available resources. After you submit a request, our team will follow up to better understand your needs and next steps.

Can a pastor be available on short notice for emergencies?

We do our best to respond quickly to urgent needs like hospitalizations or end-of-life situations. Please note the urgency in your request so we can prioritize accordingly.
