Pastor Jim brought us a new teaching series this past Sunday! It was such a good and timely word for us, Journey Church! When we are generous, it allows God to put His nature into us. Remember that God’s economy is about stewardship. The moment that we got saved, we yielded everything to God. We became owners of nothing, but stewards of everything. God wants your heart, church; your heart is the divine portion! Anything that is above God is not blessed, but everything that’s under God is blessed. So everything that you’re thinking about, fighting for, desiring, etc. needs to be laid down at His feet! Surrender everything to God. He will take care of it! Allow God to change your heart to go toward generosity. Give just to give and serve God’s people. Watch God supernaturally do more with your 10%, than you can do, naturally, with 100%
