Real forgiveness is never easy. When we really begin to grasp the reckless, ridiculous grace of God that he so freely extends to us, when that drops from your head to your heart it then compels you to offer forgiveness to those who hurt you. I am not saying its ever easy, its ever a walk in the park, in fact I am telling you going to be difficult, but that doesn’t make it less necessary. When we realize how God has forgiven me despite me, it should help us to forgive others despite others.
